1- Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities:
A- Drive the delivery of the program roadmap, which include both Agile and Waterfall projects as well as dedicated Agile PODs for Continuous improvement of existing products.
B- Manage programs of medium to high complexity while ensuring compliance to the EIT standard program & project management methodology, processes & tools ensuring organizational goals are achieved.
C- Engage with business and technology stakeholders to successfully meet the outcomes planned and as per the timelines.

Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field; Project Management Certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum. Agile (Scrum/Safe) certification.
B- Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in Corporate HR, Finance and Procurement functions.
