Responsibilities:
A- Responsible for operational efficiencies and effectiveness of all business applications, infrastructure, network and web services that touch and impact the internal and external customers.
B- Responsible for the IT and Digital budget, managing delegated budgets’ ensuring optimum utilization of available resources.
C- Develop, implement and continuously review standard Information Technology procedures and policies across the business.
Requirements:
A- 12+ years extensive experience in systems management preferably in an ITIL environment.
B- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP environment.
C- Post Graduate in IT/Systems.
D- Online Omni channel experience is an advantage.
