1- Project Admin Coordinator – Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:
A- Set-up Stakeholder Meetings (internal and external), attendance of meetings and preparation of Minutes of Meeting.
B- Communication with external Brand representatives as well as internal Senior Leaders.
C- Support in creating Business Presentations, reports and analytics related to Projects and other topics.
D- Attendance and support during Advisory Board Meetings.
Requirements:
A- Experience as an EA or Administrator.
B- Excellent Excel Skills.
C- French or Arabic speaking.
