ADCB Changing Jobs – Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Perform assurance review and testing of processes within Group Compliance in order to evaluate the effectiveness of key controls from design and operating perspective
Perform Conduct Assurance reviews to ensure high ethical standards of integrity, fair dealing, and best practices and delivery of fair customer outcomes and market integrity

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Code of Conduct Assurance: Assist in the review on ADCB Code of Conducts to ensure they are well designed and implemented to guide employees to make decisions that meet the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical behaviour
• Consumer Protection Assurance: Perform review on Consumer Protection, ensuring that all requirements are met and any identified gaps that require remediated with corrective actions are identified
• Continuous Improvement: Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and
• Customer Service: Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the bank’s required levels of service
  implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the bank’s standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Business Administration
• Professional Qualifications: NA
• Knowledge and Skills: Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of UAE Central Bank (UAECB), Securities and Commodities Authority regulations, banking rules and regulations
• Minimum Experience: At least 4 years of experience in banking in compliance,branch or operational risk department
